Patty Koller has a long history with the Washington County Riverboat Foundation as she was a member of the founding board formed in 2004 to bring a casino to Washington County. She served as Vice President for 9 years and President from 2012-14. She brings knowledge of the workings of both the foundation board and the casino to her work as Executive Director of the Riverboat Foundation.
