Washington County Riverboat Foundation is pleased to announce four new directors. They are Pat Freeman, Dave Erwin, Kathleen Brinning, and Shawn Ellingson. WCRF also wants to thank outgoing directors John Conway, Michel Blum, and Mike Driscoll. Thanks for a great job these past years and we will miss you.
The Washington County Riverboat Foundation (WCRF) is pleased to announce 33 grants totaling $1,002,755 in Fall 2017 awards through its Competitive Grant program. Applications were due October 4, 2017 for this round of grants.
The Washington County Riverboat Foundation (WCRF) is pleased to announce that the application for the Fall Grants is now available. The WCRF would advise all applicants to review the guidelines before filing their application. The deadline for this period's application is 5:00pm on October 4, 2017.
Applications that are received before September 27th will be reviewed for any errors. Applications with errors received after September 27th may not be accepted.

Washington County Riverboat Foundation (WCRF) is now taking applications to fill four directors’ positions. The director’s terms will expire January 1, 2021.
The board will accept applications from anyone who lives or works in Washington County. However, WCRF’s main emphasis on director openings will be a West Chester area resident, a Crawfordsville area resident, a Wellman area resident, and a Washington area resident. WCRF would also note that directors do not represent the areas where they live or work but represent the entire Washington County area.
Eligible persons should also be aware that they will be required to undergo an extensive background check by the Iowa Department of Criminal Investigation and be required to attend meetings at different locations around the county. Both meeting time and travel is uncompensated as this a volunteer position.
The deadline for submitting applications is September 13, 2017.

The Washington County Riverboat Foundation (WCRF) is pleased to announce 46 grants totaling $1,632,757 in Spring 2017 awards through its Competitive Grant and Municipal Grant programs. Applications were due April 5, 2017 for this round of grants.
Washington County Riverboat Foundation 2017 Mini Grant Applications are now available. Mini Grants applications are limited to a maximum of $2,000. WCRF will give out up to $100,000 in Mini Grants this grant cycle. Mini Grants are catered to small non-profit organizations who would like to do a special project.
