The Mini-Grant application is very short - only ten lines of text to describe your project. Some of the same application requirements for the Competitive Fund also apply to the Mini-Grant so read carefully.
The Mini-grant application and the guidelines are all contained in a single MS Word document. (When you apply, please do not submit the guidelines back to us.)
Download the Mini-grant application and guidelines here.
Info about the Fall 2010 Competitive Grant Fund applications, deadlines, and guidelines will be coming out in the next two months.

Updated application materials for the April 9, 2010
Competitive Grant Program cycle are now available.
Non-profit organizations should remember that the WCRF
requires non-profit organizations to have proof of federal
non-profit status from the IRS, and proof of current
(within 2 years) active status from the Iowa Secretary of
State, and a copy of the front page of the organizations
most recent Form 990 from its federal tax return (if it
files one). Governmental bodies are required to submit a
resolution listing the projects that they are initiating or
that are taking place on their property or with their
equipment.
Note!
Letters or documentation of confirmed matching funds, on
the letterhead of the funding source, must accompany the
Competitive Fund application.
To contact the federal IRS for a non-profit determination
letter, call 1-877-829-5500. This is a free service.
